Incident Report Form

HIEA's member companies are committed to the local community. Member companies operate their facilities in accordance with Ontario Government's Environmental Compliance Approvals however occasionally member companies may occasionally experience a process upset resulting in equipment failure which may lead to a discharge to the natural environment. The discharge could be to land, water, or air. If you see such a discharge please fill out the HIEA incident form and we will follow up with our members.
