HIEA Emergency Contact Information

HIEA member companies are committed to operating their facilities in a safe and responsible manner, and in a way, which does not adversely impact our neighbouring communities.

 

If you wish to contact a HIEA member company regarding the source of an incident, you may do so by either calling the company directly or by completing HIEA's Environmental Incident Reporting Form. Please save a copy of your completed Incident Reporting Form and attach it to an email and send to GM@hiea.org.

Upon receiving an inquiry, a representative from the HIEA member company will respond as soon as possible and within 24-48 hours.

 

To help our member company conduct its review, please provide the following information:

• The date, time of day, and duration of the occurrence took place

• A description of the occurrence (i.e. noise, dust, odour, etc.) and your location when you made the observation

• Your contact information ie. name, address, and phone number

HIEA member companies often work together to assist residents and, when appropriate, will contact other HIEA member companies when reviewing an incident.

If the incident cannot be attributed to the company in question then we encourage residents to contact the Ministry of the Environment at the number listed below.
